Our high-quality water tanks are crafted using a rotational molding system, which guarantees both durability and efficiency.

LLDPE is the most widely used polymer worldwide for producing high-quality water tanks through rotational molding (roto molding). It is made by copolymerizing ethylene with small amounts of α-olefins, such as 1-butene or 1-hexene. Its molecular structure is linear with short-chain branching, which provides higher flexibility, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking (ESC), and superior processability in creating rotational molding tanks compared to LDPE plastic tanks or HDPE. This makes it a top choice for and applications.

Density: 0.918 – 0.935 g/cm³
Melt Flow Index (MFI): 3–8 g/10 min (optimized for rotational molding tanks)
Melting Point: ~120–125 °C
Thermal resistance: Up to 60 °C continuous, 80 °C short-term
Chemical resistance: Excellent against diluted acids, bases, alcohols, and saline water, making these high-quality water tanks durable and reliable.
UV stabilization: With UV additives, the service life of these LDPE plastic tanks can exceed 10–15 years in hot climates, ensuring longevity for and applications.
